Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to UK addresses. There are no minimum spend requirements and no shipping charges at checkout.

Dispatch

Orders placed by 5.30pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 5.30pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched the next working day.

Delivery

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location or carrier delays. During busy periods such as sales, product launches or bank holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer. We will always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive this email.

Delays, Lost or Missing Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:

  1. Check with neighbours or your local delivery office, as parcels are sometimes left nearby or held for collection.
  2. Contact the carrier directly using the tracking information in your dispatch email.
  3. If you are still unable to locate your parcel, contact us at info@decibelhair.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure all shipping details are correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, and we cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at info@decibelhair.co.uk and we will try to amend it before dispatch.
