The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Decibel, operated by &ME Ltd. &ME Ltd operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). www.decibelhair.co.uk is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. &ME Ltd reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Decibel confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event that we do not accept, make a change to, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at the time the order was placed.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange in accordance with our Refund Policy and your statutory rights.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be confirmed in your order confirmation email. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include shipping or handling charges.

All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the products are the trademarks of their respective owners.

The Decibel mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by &ME Ltd trading as Decibel ("Decibel", "we", or "us"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.
By consenting to Decibel's SMS and text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS and text messages from us to the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent using automated technology. Service-related messages may include order updates and account alerts. Promotional messages may include promotions, offers and other marketing communications such as cart reminders.
We will only send you marketing text messages where you have given your prior consent in accordance with the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR). You can opt out of marketing text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you, or by contacting us at info@decibelhair.co.uk. Opting out of marketing messages will not affect service-related messages related to orders or your account.
