Subscriptions and Pre-Orders

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout. Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be automatically charged for each delivery on the agreed schedule.

You can manage, modify or cancel your subscription at any time using the link provided in your order confirmation email. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your initial subscription order within 14 days of receiving your first delivery, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition. After this period, cancellations will take effect from the next scheduled renewal and no further charges will be made.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase products that are currently out of stock or not yet available. In some cases we may collect full payment at checkout, or store your payment details to charge once the product becomes available. You will be kept informed of any updates to your pre-order.

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it has been fulfilled and we will issue a full refund promptly. Once a pre-order has been fulfilled and dispatched, the standard terms of our Returns Policy apply.
